Auto Physical Damage, Commercial Auto Liability, Contingent Auto Liability, Excess Auto Liability, Freight Broker Liability, General Liability, Hired & Non-Owned Liability, Hired Auto Physical Damage, Inland Marine, Medical Payments, Motor Truck Cargo, Open Lot/Terminal Vehicle Physical Damage, PIP Statutory, Workers Compensation, Truckers General Liability, UM/UIM, Umbrella, Non-Trucking Liability and Warehouse Legal Liability. Physical Damage: Commonly referred to as Comp/Collision/CAC, Physical Damage covers loss or damages to your trucks and trailers in cases such as fire, theft, vandalism, acts of weather, and collision.

MOTOR TRUCK CARGO: Covers the cargo up to a set limit for loss or damages. Industry standard for most operations is $100,000 but higher limits are available. 

NON-TRUCKING LIABILITY/UNLADEN LIABILITY: Up to 1million coverage limit to meet your motor carrier’s requirement for secondary liability. Lease agreement with a motor carrier is required and must be written in conjunction with Physical Damage.

COMMERCIAL AUTO LIABILITY: Up to 1 million coverage limit to meet state and federal requirements to activate your authority, meet broker requirements, and tag your equipment.  Can also apply for higher limit.  This coverage protects the other party for bodily injuries and property damages you are legally responsible for. 

TRUCKER’S GENERAL LIABILITY: Pays for injuries or property damage you cause as a result of business activities outside of operating your truck.  This is not required for all trucking operations but may be requested by your shippers/brokers.TRAILER INTERCHANGE OR NON-OWNED PHYSICAL DAMAGE: Provides Physical Damage to non-owned trailers pulled by your vehicle.
